A required part of your dive instruction and certification is the open water checkout. Your instructor will accompany you to an open body of water for a final review and test of your skills.
Depending on the season, we have locations here in the Carolinas for as little as $125 local to Charlotte and some great ocean dive options right on our Carolina coast
In the dead of winter we rely on our friends in Florida to help get us in the water. Trips are planned regularly and prices vary with location.
We can also refer students who have completed their classroom/pool work to instructors so you can finish your open water checkout during your vacation.
